Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM)

In conjunction with the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) 2022, Our team was tasked with designing the official social and side events to create networking opportunities for delegates attending the event. The events were namely the CHOGM Street Festival, The CHOGM Golf Tournament, and the CHOGM Cricket Tournament. The scope of work here serves as an ideal example to demonstrate our capabilities and expertise in managing large-scale event logistics such as working with multiple suppliers, designing transport plans and coordinating various aspects of the event to ensure a seamless and successful execution. CHOGM Golf and Cricket Tournament Official side event for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting 2022 aimed at creating experiences for international delegates that go beyond the conference activities. Our team was tasked with organizing the Open golf tournament alongside the 26th Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in June 2022, faced several challenges. The primary challenge was to position Rwanda as a leading African golf destination while facilitating networking opportunities among international CHOGM delegates, VIPs, local investors, and golf enthusiasts. Additionally, the event aimed to drive positive economic and social change through the sport and showcase Rwanda’s capability to host international competitions.
