Africa’s New Cities Summit
The Africa’s New Cities Summit, hosted by the Charter Cities Institute in association with the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) and the Africa Infrastructure Development Association (AfiDA), brought together all facets of the international development community
– developers, builders, governments, academics, and more – to address the pressing issue of rapid urbanisation in Africa.
Our Team successfully managed Africa’s New Cities Summit in Kigali, addressing challenges such as multi-day registration and accreditation for a large number of international and local delegates, coordinating seamless transportation with shuttle schedules from the airport to the venue, accommodating non-English speaking delegates through translation services, curating engaging interactive activities for a memorable guest experience.
